Fundación Metrópoli has presented the main ideas and strategies of the Alcobendas City Project to the Community Council of the city of Alcobendas.

The project provides an opportunity for designing the future of Alcobendas in a sensitive way, incorporating participation processes.

Our main strategies have been discussed, such as the transformation of the industrial park which will adapt to the new Digital & Knowledge Economies and the renovation of the Centre and Business Districts that will revitalize these areas.

The next steps of the City Project will consist of two City Forums taking place in January and February. Following our methodology, we will incorporate the latest techniques of local participation which will enable us to design the of different backgrounds.
