Aqu\u00ed, el aire exterior intercambia energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica con la masa t\u00e9rmica principal de almacenamiento del edificio, cuya temperatura se mantiene de forma natural a 15\u00baC constantes durante todo el a\u00f1o. Durante los meses de verano, este aire enfriado naturalmente se introduce a trav\u00e9s de un conjunto de conductos de ventilaci\u00f3n (sistema azul) para \u00abrecargar\u00bb el material de almacenamiento t\u00e9rmico (grava) dentro de las paredes.
