Monographic work based on the situation of the Real Estate Sector in the Autonomous Community of Galicia. The document exposes historical characteristics of the property markets in general, and the specific characteristics of the Galician real estate market. A differentiated analysis was also carried out for each of the main urban areas of Galicia, according to their economic and demographic characteristics to finally present some keys to consider for the future.
