This publication gathers the territorial R & D process carried out within the collaboration of local institutions, the technological and scientific support of Fundación FINES and Fundación Metrópoli. Research based on fundamental factors and innovation process for the Gulf of San Jorge, which will allow to maintain the levels of development and assure the competitiveness of its companies to guarantee sustainability and the social cohesion in the processes of Development of this region in order to successfully participate in the new global environment and the knowledge economy.
